1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using UniBreeze ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. UniBreeze is a peer-to-peer marketplace for verified university students.

2. Eligibility

You must be a currently enrolled student at a supported university with a valid university email address. You must be at least 18 years old. We verify student status through university email verification.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your login credentials. Each person may only operate one account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Listings & Transactions

All listings must be accurate and not misleading. You may not list prohibited items including weapons, drugs, stolen goods, counterfeit items, or anything illegal under UK law. Transactions are between buyers and sellers directly — UniBreeze is not a party to any transaction and does not guarantee items or services listed.

5. Promoted Listings

Users may pay to promote listings which will appear more prominently in search results. Promotion fees are non-refundable once the promotion period has begun. Promoted listings must still comply with all content policies.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: spam, harass, or abuse other users; create fake listings or accounts; manipulate the platform through automated means; circumvent security measures; attempt to buy or sell prohibited items; impersonate other users or entities.

7. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any listing or content that violates these terms. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban. Users can report listings and users they believe violate our policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

UniBreeze is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any transactions, disputes, losses, or damages arising from use of the Platform. We do not verify the quality, safety, or legality of items listed.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
